Content policy
What this catalogue excludes, why the exclusions are permanent, and how they are enforced by the build rather than by an editor remembering them.
Permanently excluded
Where the demand is answered instead
Two of those exclusions have heavy search demand behind them, and ignoring it would not reduce it. Each has a page stating the position and setting out the lawful route: nudify and undress apps and celebrity deepfakes. Neither names a tool, links to one, or describes how any of it is done.
How the exclusions are enforced
By the build. Every page is scanned before deployment against a list of markers for the categories above, and a match stops the deployment rather than raising a warning. A page may name what it refuses only by declaring itself a position page in its own markup, and only while it carries a visible refusal block. The same gate checks that the age confirmation is present in the served HTML, that both disclosures are on the page, and that the Korean, Malay and Indian branches carry their local-law notice.
Where a policy has to name what it forbids — this page, for instance — the phrase is marked in the markup so the scanner skips it. That exemption is deliberate, visible in the source, and the only way a rule that strict can coexist with a page that explains it.
Age restriction
The site is for adults. The age confirmation ships in the HTML itself and is removed by script only after confirmation, so a visitor with scripts disabled sees the gate rather than the catalogue. It is a self-declaration, not an identity check, and it is not presented as one.
Reporting a page
If a page on this site breaches the policy above, or a tool catalogued here turns out to be built on something in the excluded list, write to desk@spicyai-hub.com with the URL. Entries are removed on verification rather than after a negotiation, and removal is recorded on the methodology page as a correction.
